Il 14th International Symposium on Image and Signal Processing and Analysis (ISPA 2025) si è svolto dal 29 al 31 Ottobre 2025 a Coimbra, in Portogallo

Quest’anno Erica Rocchi ha presentato il lavoro intitolato: “Proxemic Behavior in a Multi-User Virtual Reality Experience for Multilingual Cultural Heritage Education”, uno studio che analizza come gli utenti si comportano e si posizionano all’interno di ambienti di realtà virtuale multiutente progettati per l’apprendimento del patrimonio culturale in contesti multilingue.

Siamo molto felici di condividere che il paper ha ricevuto il Best Student Paper Award 🏆, un riconoscimento che non sarebbe stato possibile senza il contributo dei coautori Daniela Zini, Melissa Lamonaca e Marco Carli.

Un sentito ringraziamento va al comitato organizzatore della conferenza, in particolare ai General Co-Chairs Luis Cruz, per l’ospitalità presso la bellissima Universidade de Coimbra, e Sven Lončarić per l’eccellente organizzazione.

The 14th International Symposium on Image and Signal Processing and Analysis (ISPA 2025) took place from October 29 to 31, 2025, in Coimbra, Portugal.

This year, Erica Rocchi presented the paper: “Proxemic Behavior in a Multi-User Virtual Reality Experience for Multilingual Cultural Heritage Education”, a study that investigates how users behave and position themselves within multi-user virtual reality environments designed for cultural heritage learning in multilingual contexts.

We are very pleased to share that the paper received the Best Student Paper Award 🏆, a recognition that would not have been possible without the contribution of co-authors Daniela Zini, Melissa Lamonaca, and Marco Carli.

Our sincere thanks go to the conference organizing committee, in particular to the General Co-Chairs Luis Cruz, for hosting the event at the beautiful Universidade de Coimbra, and Sven Lončarić for the excellent organization.
