Dal 7 aprile al 1° maggio 2026, Matteo Pestelli, dottorando del gruppo di ricerca MUSE, ha svolto un periodo di visita presso la KU Leuven, a Leuven, in Belgio. La visita si è inserita nell’ambito di una collaborazione scientifica con il gruppo RAS, Robot Assisted Surgery, e con il centro STADIUS, Dynamical Systems, Signal Processing, and Data Analytics, rappresentati rispettivamente dal Prof. Carlos Rodriguez e dalla Prof.ssa Maria Torres Vega.
La collaborazione è incentrata sulla sperimentazione e sull’integrazione di dispositivi aptici in ambienti di realtà virtuale, tra cui il guanto WeArt TouchDIVER Pro e l’esoscheletro sviluppato all’interno del gruppo RAS.
From April 7 to May 1, 2026, Matteo Pestelli, a PhD student in the MUSE research group, carried out a research visit at KU Leuven in Leuven, Belgium. The visit took place within the framework of a scientific collaboration with the RAS group, Robot Assisted Surgery, and the STADIUS center, Dynamical Systems, Signal Processing, and Data Analytics, represented respectively by Prof. Carlos Rodriguez and Prof. Maria Torres Vega.
The collaboration focuses on experimentation and integration of haptic devices in virtual reality environments, including the WeArt TouchDIVER Pro glove and the exoskeleton developed within the RAS group.
